Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 7 days of the delivery date
- Product must be unused and in its original sealed condition
- Original packaging, box, and all accessories must be included
- Product must not have been opened, sprayed, or tampered with
- Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used fragrances
- Products purchased on final sale or during clearance events
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling

Refund Process
Since all our orders are Cash on Delivery, refunds are processed as follows:
- Approved refunds are credited via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free pickup and send you a replacement at no extra charge. Please take photos of the damage before contacting us — this helps us resolve the issue faster.
