How long does delivery take? +
Delivery takes 2–3 business days for major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad) and 3–5 business days for other cities. Remote areas may take up to 7 business days. You will receive a call before delivery is attempted.
Do you deliver across all of Pakistan? +
Yes! We deliver to every city, town, and district across Pakistan via our trusted courier partners. Whether you're in a major metro or a small town, we ship to you.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We currently accept Cash on Delivery only. You pay when your order arrives at your door — no online payment or advance required. This keeps shopping safe and simple for our customers.
Are there any shipping charges? +
A flat shipping fee of PKR 200 applies. The total amount including shipping is shown at checkout before you place your order.
How can I track my order? +
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS with a tracking number. You can also WhatsApp us at +92 3359010690 with your order number and we will give you a real-time status update.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? +
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. Please contact us immediately on WhatsApp. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Are your fragrances authentic? +
Absolutely. Every product sold at ScentSafari is 100% authentic and quality-tested before dispatch. We source directly from trusted suppliers and master perfumers to ensure premium quality.
How long do the fragrances last? +
Longevity varies by fragrance type. Our Eau de Parfums typically last 8–12 hours, Attars can last 12–24+ hours due to their concentrated oil formula, and Eau de Toilettes last 4–6 hours. Each product page shows estimated longevity.
What is the difference between EDP, EDT, and Attar? +
Eau de Parfum (EDP) has a higher fragrance concentration (15–20%) and lasts longer. Eau de Toilette (EDT) is lighter (8–12%) and fresher. Attars are concentrated perfume oils with no alcohol — they are the most intense, longest-lasting, and alcohol-free, making them popular in Pakistani and Islamic tradition.
Do you sell sample or travel sizes? +
Yes! Many of our fragrances are available in 50ml travel sizes. Check the product page for available sizes. Sample sets may also be available — contact us on WhatsApp for custom sample requests.
Can I return a product? +
Yes, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, sealed products in original packaging. Opened or used fragrances cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Contact us via WhatsApp to initiate a return.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong product? +
We are sorry if that happens! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged/wrong item. We will arrange a free pickup and send you the correct product at no additional cost.
How are refunds processed? +
Since all orders are Cash on Delivery, refunds are processed via bank transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item in good condition.
